Installation

Unpack and remove all transit bolts and packaging. Place on a solid, level floor.

  1. Position the machine: Ensure at least 1cm space at sides and back for ventilation.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach inlet hoses to cold water tap (and hot if applicable) using supplied connectors.
  3. Connect drain hose: Place into standpipe (min height 60cm, max 100cm) or secure over sink edge.
  4. Level the machine: Adjust front feet to ensure machine is stable; use a spirit level.
  5. Remove transit bolts: Use spanner to remove four bolts at rear; keep bolts for future moves.
  6. Plug into a grounded 220-240V, 50Hz power outlet.

WARNING! Do not install in areas below 0°C. Ensure transit bolts are removed before use to prevent damage.

First-Time Setup

Before first wash, run a maintenance cycle to clean the drum.

  1. Ensure machine is installed correctly, hoses are secure, and transit bolts removed.
  2. Turn on water supply and plug in the machine.
  3. Open detergent drawer and pour 100ml of bleach into compartment II (no clothes).
  4. Select the "Drum Clean" programme (or Cotton 90°C if no specific programme).
  5. Press Start/Pause. Let the cycle complete.
  6. After cycle, leave door open to air dry the drum.

CAUTION! Never use the machine without removing transit bolts. Ensure the drain hose is not kinked.

Controls and Settings

Using the Controls: Turn dial to desired programme. Display shows default time, temperature, spin speed. Use Temperature and Spin buttons to modify. Press Delay to set start time (LEDs show hours). Select any extra options (e.g., Extra Rinse). Press Start/Pause to begin.

Child Lock: Press and hold Delay and Spin Speed buttons for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate. Icon appears on display.

Connecting Water & Drain

Water Inlet: Connect blue-marked hose to cold water tap. If machine has dual inlet (hot & cold), connect red hose to hot tap. Use supplied aquastop connectors.

  1. Ensure taps are off. Screw hoses onto taps; hand-tighten, then a quarter turn with pliers.
  2. Connect other ends to machine inlet valves (cold = left, hot = right).
  3. Drain hose: Insert into standpipe (diameter at least 4cm) between 60cm and 100cm from floor. Alternatively, use U-bend hook over sink edge.
  4. Secure hose to prevent slipping.

Tip: Check for leaks by turning on taps before starting machine. Never extend inlet hoses.

Using Wash Programmes

Select programme based on fabric type and soil level.

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload. Mix large and small items.
  2. Add detergent: Pour powder/liquid into compartment I (main wash). For pre-wash, add to compartment II. Softener to compartment III (max MAX line).
  3. Close door firmly.
  4. Select programme: Turn dial (e.g., Cotton 40°C for coloured cottons).
  5. Adjust settings: Use Temp button to lower temperature if needed. Use Spin button to reduce spin speed for delicate items.
  6. Set Delay (optional): Press Delay button until desired start time LED lights.
  7. Press Start/Pause. Machine will lock door, fill, and begin cycle. Display shows time remaining.
  8. At end of cycle, "End" appears. Door unlocks after a short delay. Remove laundry promptly.

WARNING! Do not open door during high-temperature washes. Wait until "End" appears and door unlocks.

Care & Maintenance

Clean detergent drawer monthly: Pull out drawer, press release catch, wash under warm water.

Clean door seal: Wipe rubber gasket to remove lint and residue; check for foreign objects.

Clean filter: Locate filter behind small flap at bottom front. Place towel, turn filter anti-clockwise to remove, clean under running water, reinsert and tighten.

Descale: Run a 90°C cotton cycle with descaling agent (no laundry) every 2-3 months in hard water areas.

CAUTION! Unplug machine before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners.

Safety Information
