Installation

Unpack and remove transit bolts. Place on level floor.

  1. Remove transit bolts: Use spanner to remove 4 bolts at rear; keep for future moves.
  2. Adjust feet: Turn clockwise/anti-clockwise to level machine; use spirit level.
  3. Connect water supply: Attach inlet hoses to cold water tap (blue markings) and machine.
  4. Connect drain hose: Place in standpipe or sink (max height 100cm).
  5. Plug into 220-240V AC, 50Hz socket with earth.

WARNING! Do not use extension leads. Ensure water connections are tight to prevent leaks.

First-Time Setup

Before first wash, run a maintenance cycle.

  1. Check transit bolts removed.
  2. Run empty wash: Select Cottons 90°C without laundry; add 1/2 cup of detergent.
  3. Set water hardness: In settings menu, adjust based on local water (1-4 scale).
  4. Load detergent: Fill drawer compartments as per instructions (I=pre-wash, II=main wash, * = fabric softener).

Connecting Water & Drain

  2. Use new hoses; do not reuse old ones.
  3. Drain hose must not be kinked or submerged.
  4. Check for leaks after first connection.

Tip: Install a drip tray if machine is on wooden floor.

Using Wash Programs

Select program based on fabric type and soil level.

  1. Sort laundry: By colour and fabric type.
  2. Load machine: Do not overload; leave space at top.
  3. Add detergent: Use drawer compartments as directed.
  4. Select program: Turn knob to desired program.
  5. Adjust settings: Temperature, spin speed, options as needed.
  6. Start: Press Start/Pause; door locks automatically.
  7. End of cycle: Acoustic signal; door unlocks after short delay.

WARNING! Do not open door during wash; wait for unlock symbol. Remove items promptly to avoid creasing.

Care & Maintenance

Clean detergent drawer monthly: Pull out, rinse under tap. Clean door seal: Wipe with damp cloth; remove debris. Run Drum Clean monthly: Use program without laundry. Clean filter: Located behind bottom panel; turn off power and water first.

CAUTION! Unplug before cleaning filter. Do not use abrasive cleaners on door or drum.
