Installation

Unpack and remove all transit bolts and packaging. Place on a solid, level floor.

  1. Connect water supply: Attach inlet hoses to cold water tap (and hot if applicable). Ensure washers are fitted.
  2. Connect drain hose: Place into standpipe or sink, ensuring no kinks and a minimum height of 60 cm.
  3. Level the machine: Adjust the four feet using a spanner until the machine is stable and does not rock.
  4. Plug into a grounded 220-240V, 50Hz AC power outlet.

WARNING! Do not install in areas prone to freezing or direct sunlight. Always use new hoses; do not reuse old ones.

First-Time Setup

Before first use, run a maintenance wash to clean the drum and remove any residues.

  1. Ensure the machine is empty. Close the door.
  2. Pour 100ml of bleach or a washing machine cleaner into the drum (not the dispenser).
  3. Select the "Cotton" program at 90°C and start the cycle.
  4. After completion, the machine is ready for normal use.

CAUTION! Remove all transit bolts before operation. Failure to do so will cause severe damage and vibration.

  2. Screw inlet hose(s) to machine first, then to tap. Hand-tighten only.
  3. Secure drain hose in a standpipe (max height 100 cm) or over sink edge using the U-bend holder.
  4. Check for leaks by turning on the tap before first wash.

Tip: Leave a small gap between the wall and machine for hose movement and ventilation.

Using Wash Programs

Select program based on fabric type and soil level.

  1. Load laundry: Do not overload. Distribute items evenly.
  2. Add detergent: Pour into main wash compartment (II) of the dispenser. Use pre-wash compartment (I) if selected.
  3. Select program: Turn knob (e.g., "Cotton" for linens and towels).
  4. Adjust settings: Use +/- for temperature or spin speed if needed.
  5. Add options: Press button for Extra Rinse, Pre-Wash, etc.
  6. Start: Press Start/Pause. The door locks and cycle begins. Time remaining shows on display.
  7. At end: 'End' appears. Door unlocks after a short delay. Remove laundry promptly.

WARNING! Do not open the door during a wash cycle. The door is locked and hot water may be present.

Special Functions

Anti-Allergy Cycle: Uses higher temperatures and extended rinsing to reduce allergens. Quick Wash 15'/30': For lightly soiled, small loads. Delay Timer: Start wash at a later time. Child Lock: Locks control panel. Press and hold button for 3 sec. Reduced Crease: Reduces spin speed and adds a tumble period at the end to minimise wrinkles.

Care & Cleaning

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity.

  1. Clean detergent dispenser: Pull out drawer, rinse under warm water.
  2. Clean door seal: Wipe rubber gasket to remove lint and residue. Leave door ajar after use to dry.
  3. Clean filter: Locate behind the small hatch at bottom front. Place a towel, unscrew filter cap slowly to drain residual water, clean filter under tap.
  4. Run maintenance wash: Monthly, run a 90°C cotton cycle with machine cleaner or bleach (no laundry).

CAUTION! Unplug machine before cleaning. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
