Installation

Unpack and remove all transit bolts and packaging. Place on a solid, level floor.

  1. Remove transit bolts: Use spanner to remove 4 bolts at rear; keep for future moves.
  2. Connect water supply: Attach inlet hose to cold water tap (3/4” thread). Ensure washers are fitted.
  3. Connect drain hose: Place into standpipe, sink, or drain as per regulations.
  4. Level the machine: Adjust front feet using spanner; use spirit level to check.
  5. Plug into a grounded 3-pin socket (220-240V, 13A).

WARNING! Do not install in areas prone to freezing or direct sunlight. Ensure water pressure is between 0.5 and 10 bar.

First-Time Setup

Before first wash, run a maintenance cycle.

  1. Ensure machine is installed and levelled correctly.
  2. Turn on water tap fully.
  3. Plug in and switch on power.
  4. Open detergent drawer and pour 1 litre of water into compartment II (main wash) to activate the siphon.
  5. Close door, select “Cotton 90°C” programme without laundry, and press Start.
  6. After cycle completes, machine is ready for use.

CAUTION! Never use the machine without removing all transit bolts. This can cause severe damage.

Controls and Settings

Control Panel: Programme Knob, Digital Display, Start/Pause Button, Option Buttons (Delay Start, Extra Rinse, Speed Wash, Pre-Wash).

Programme Knob: Turn to select desired wash programme. Display shows default time and temperature.

Option Buttons: Press to modify programme: - Delay Start: Set start time (1-24 hrs). - Extra Rinse: Adds an additional rinse cycle. - Speed Wash: Reduces cycle time (available on select programmes). - Pre-Wash: Adds a pre-wash cycle for heavily soiled items.

Child Lock: Press and hold Delay Start + Speed Wash for 3 seconds to activate/deactivate. Locks all buttons during wash.

Connecting Utilities

Water: Cold fill only. Use supplied hose. Drain: Hose must be between 60 cm and 100 cm high from floor.

  1. Ensure both water and power are turned OFF before connecting.
  2. Connect inlet hose to cold tap (do not use old hoses).
  3. Secure drain hose to standpipe or sink (do not submerge in water).
  4. Plug directly into wall socket; avoid extension leads.

Tip: Check for leaks at connections after first turning on water.

Using Wash Programmes

Supports cotton, synthetics, delicates, wool, mixed fabric, and special cycles.

  1. Load laundry: Do not exceed 9kg. Distribute evenly.
  2. Add detergent: Use drawer compartments I (pre-wash), II (main wash), * (fabric softener). Use correct dose for load size and soil level.
  3. Select programme: Turn knob (e.g., Cotton 40°C).
  4. Select options: Press desired option buttons (e.g., Extra Rinse).
  5. Close door firmly. Press Start/Pause. Display shows time remaining.
  6. At end of cycle, “End” appears. Wait for door lock to release (approx. 2 mins), then unload.
  7. Leave door slightly ajar after use to prevent odours.

WARNING! Do not wash items soiled with flammable substances. Remove all objects from pockets.

Special Features

Eco 40-60: Energy-efficient programme for normally soiled cotton at 40°C or 60°C. Quick 15’: Fast wash for lightly soiled small loads. Anti-Crease: Reduces creasing by tumbling intermittently at end of cycle if not unloaded immediately. Drum Clean: Programme to clean drum and remove residue (run monthly).

Care & Cleaning

Unplug before cleaning. Wipe exterior with damp cloth. Clean detergent drawer monthly: Pull out, rinse under tap. Clean door seal and glass: Wipe with soft cloth to remove lint and residue. Run “Drum Clean” programme monthly (without laundry). Clean drain pump filter periodically (see Troubleshooting).

CAUTION! Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or high-pressure water jets.
